Terms of Sale: Shipping, Risk, & Returns
1. Delivery & Transit Integrity
All shipments sent by JemResonance are fully tracked and premium insured.
Arrival Verification Protocol
Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are exceptionally fragile instruments. Upon delivery, we kindly request that you inspect the outer packaging immediately. To assist us in processing any structural transit insurance claims with our couriers, please photograph any visible external damage in the presence of the delivery driver. For your peace of mind and ours, we highly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video—from cutting the seal to the first chime. Any transport discrepancies should be reported to contact@jemresonance.com as soon as possible following delivery.
If an instrument has sustained damage or shattering during transit, please contact us with the aforementioned photographic or video evidence so that we may immediately initiate an insurance claim with our courier and arrange for a priority replacement or refund.
2. Conditions for Statutory Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons. To qualify for a full refund under this provision, the instrument must be returned in its original, immaculate condition, packed precisely inside its original internal and external packaging.
If the instrument is returned with signs of handling marks, scratches, or wear sustained while in your possession, JemResonance reserves the right, in accordance with consumer regulations, to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.
3. Return Logistics & Liabilities
The cost and risk of return shipping are borne entirely by the buyer. Because Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are highly delicate instruments of significant value, returns must be sent using a fully tracked, signed-for courier service with transit insurance covering the full retail value of the item. JemResonance cannot issue a refund for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. The buyer must resolve such incidents directly with their chosen courier using their insurance cover.
4. Transfer of Risk & Care Guidelines
Upon successful delivery by the courier, the legal ownership and all physical risks associated with the instrument transfer immediately and entirely to the buyer. JemResonance cannot accept liability for any physical damage, chips, cracks, or breakages caused by accidents, over-striking, or incorrect handling that occurs after delivery has been completed.
Please note that accidental damage sustained after delivery voids the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as items must be returned in their original, immaculate condition. We highly recommend that clients independently insure their premium instruments against accidental breakage within their personal studio or home contents insurance policies from the day of arrival.
5. Material Characteristics & Product Representation
Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls are bespoke instruments crafted from high-purity quartz crystal fused with natural minerals and precious metals. Small visual variations, slight color gradients, surface texturing, or minor structural unique marks are inherent characteristics of the artisan material manufacturing process and do not constitute manufacturing faults or structural defects.
