1. The seller

JemResonance is the trading name of SASU J.Mirmikidis, registered in France under SIRET FR10308047900019, VAT FR17103080479, registered office: 95 Corniche Kennedy, 13007 Marseille, France. Contact: contact@jemresonance.com.

2. Products

Every product listed is a handcrafted Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl® sourced directly from Crystal Tones®, or a curated accessory. Bowls are made of natural quartz crystal fused with gemstones, minerals and noble metals. Natural variations in lustre, surface texture, air bubbles or markings are characteristic of the craft and not defects.

3. Pricing & taxes

• European Union orders: VAT is calculated and included in the listed price at checkout.
• UK and international orders: prices are exclusive of VAT. Local customs offices will assess relevant import duties and fees upon entry.
• Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and may be revised at any time without notice; only the price displayed at the moment of order confirmation applies.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed via our secure Shopify checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. A confirmation email serves as the binding contract between you and JemResonance.

5. Shipping

• Complimentary courier shipping is offered to the EU and UK on the entire collection of Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
• All shipments are expertly packed, fully insured against transit damage, and dispatched via courier with a dedicated tracking number.
• Orders are prioritised for dispatch immediately upon successful payment verification, or exceptionally within 2 to 3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 4 to 10 business days depending on destination.

6. Arrival verification protocol

Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are exceptionally fragile. To validate any damage claim we require:

• Inspection of the outer packaging upon delivery. If visibly damaged, photograph it in the presence of the delivery driver.
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video, from cutting the tape to the first chime.
• Notification of damage to contact@jemresonance.com within 24 hours of delivery, with video evidence. Claims received after this window cannot be accepted.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU & UK)

In accordance with Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers in the EU and UK have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

• The bowl must be returned in pristine, unused condition with all original tags and original specialised packaging.
• Before shipping, email 6 high-resolution photos (4 sides, top, bottom) to confirm condition.
• Any damage occurring after opening or during return transit is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Do not return items without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
• JemResonance will organise return shipping via DHL to ensure full insurance. The cost of DHL return and high-value insurance will be deducted from the final refund.
• If a return is authorised, shipping must occur within 14 days of the original delivery date.

8. International sales (outside EU/UK)

All sales to countries outside the EU and UK are considered final sale due to the risks of international transit. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

9. Care & liability

JemResonance is not responsible for damage caused by accidents, over-striking or incorrect handling after delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure their bowl against accidental damage after the initial 14-day period.

10. Wellness disclaimer

Sound baths and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® are wellness and relaxation practices. They do not replace a medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical follow-up.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, sound, logos and marks — is the property of JemResonance or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Crystal Tones® and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl™ are registered marks of Crystal Tones, Inc.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted first to amicable resolution; failing this, to the competent courts of Marseille, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
